Questions Yuma Families Ask Us
Quick answers to the questions we hear most. Don't see yours? Call us — we're happy to help.
Are your treatments safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use EPA-approved products applied by licensed technicians, with safe-entry times communicated clearly. Most treatments are dry within 30 minutes of application.
How quickly can you come out?
Same-day service is available across Yuma County in most cases. Call before noon and we usually can be there the same afternoon. For scheduled membership service, we work around your availability.
What if pests come back between treatments?
Call us. We come back free of charge. That's the Bug Out Satisfaction Guarantee — every membership tier includes free re-service if pests show up between scheduled visits.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Memberships are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. We earn your business every visit, not with a contract.
Do you treat scorpions specifically?
Yes — scorpion control is one of our most-requested services. We use targeted treatments combined with entry-point sealing because scorpions need both eliminated to keep them out long-term. Bark scorpions are Yuma's most dangerous pest, and we treat them seriously.
How is Bug Out different from the big national companies?
We're locally owned and operated in Yuma since 2008. Our technicians live in the neighborhoods they treat. We know which products work in Yuma's heat, which pests are seasonal, and where bark scorpions hide in your specific zip code. National companies rotate routes and apply products by checklist — we don't.
What areas do you serve?
All of Yuma County — Yuma, Fortuna Foothills, Somerton, San Luis, Wellton, Tacna, Dateland, Gadsden, and everywhere in between. If you're not sure whether we cover your address, call us. We probably do.
